I’m Tabby and I have a passion not only for travel, but also for planning. Coordination, logistics, “getting into the weeds” and making everyone’s life easier has been my specialty since I began working as an Executive Assistant in New York when I was in my 20’s. An Executive Assistant I had done quite a bit of business travel coordination over the years, so I decided to take my two-plus decades of personal and professional travel experience and turn it into a career I love and can do from anywhere in the world.

I currently call Denver, Colorado home, but over the holidays in 2025 I spent an entire month adventuring around Europe solo. I have stories, tips and tricks to share with you not just from that trip, but from solo and family trips I’ve been planning on my own since I was 18.

Let's connect on a no-cost 30-minute Zoom call to discuss your travel dreams, travel style, must-haves and budget. I'll provide an overview of how Magnolia Mountain Travel's expertise will help your trip become a reality.

Design & Curate

Once your planning fee is received, I'll dive into the role of trip curator by preparing a custom itinerary of exciting options based on your preferences. I'll provide you will a proposal for your review, answer any questions you may have and adjust your itinerary and accomodations to ensure the vacation is exactly what you're looking for.

The best part? The planning fee is applied to your booking fee if you travel, but note that if you completely cancel your trip (let’s hope this doesn’t happen), it is non-refundable and is retained for the time spent on planning your travel.

Approve, Pay & Start Packing!

Once you're thrilled with your itinerary, simply approve and securely authorize payment and get ready for an extraordinary travel experience. I'll handle the rest and provide you with updates along the way so you can relax.
